The following list is a brief introduction to the popular FTP software called FileZilla. In this tutorial, we will show you how to connect to a server using the standard FTP protocol.

Using the information in the previous tutorial step, we'll enter the connection information as presented below:
Host Address: domain.com
FTP Username: domain.com
FTP Password: password
FTP Port: 21
As mentioned in our "Quickconnect" tutorial step, the "Port" field has been left blank on purpose. By default FileZilla will use the FTP protocol which uses the standard port 21 as it's connection port number. Now that all the information is correctly entered, click on the "Connect" button
