The following list is a brief introduction to the popular FTP software called FileZilla. In this tutorial, we will show you how to connect to a server using the standard FTP protocol.

FileZilla Tutorial - Uploading files to the server
We've now navigated back to the "temp" folder on our computer and have right-clicked on the file we wish to upload. The right click function produces a sub menu that will allow us to Upload the file. If we had multiple files to upload to the server, we could select them all and select the "Add files to queue". We could also use the drag-and-drop approach, by selecting the files from one side and dragging them over to the other side.
When moving files from left to right (from your computer to the remote server) this is known as Uploading files.
When moving files from right to left (from the server to your computer) this is known as Downloading files.
The speed of uploading and downloading files will be determined by the type of internet connection you have. Typically, uploading files will take much longer than downloading them.
